sob. FINAL pract test, i failed. cn u believe it, cn fail cvp monitoring. wat the... (angryyy till wanna scold vulgarities just now) i know my steps n theory for tt skill, bt i failed. i studied hard, i know tt skill bt then the lecturer failed me, dun know she is because my eng lousy, explained badly or wat. open the infusion for the manometer n patient. then observe for the rise n fall of the fluid level till it stabilise. observe the mid ball @ eye level. i know the cvp normal range is 3-8cm h2o. then if it is >8: high cvp conditions (fluid overload, pul. oedema, cardiac tamponade, pul. hypertension) n <3:low cvp conditions (blar blar blar)... i know bt i failed, cn u believe it! cvp monitoring, ETT suctioning n assist intubation, i gt cvp yet i cn still fail. hai, then the lecturer say i will need to draw lots again wen having the retest. i failed cvp then should retest on tt one ma, they wan us to draw lots. sob. wat if i get intubation. omg! i hate tt. still gt to go through the stress again. sob. i wan to retest faster n clear everything.
last pract test le, i still fail. tis is the 2nd time le. hai. sob sob. i tried so hard yet... hai. MCC saw me she told me its okay, practise more. i went to the toilet, heard some one called out for my name, sounds like MCC leh. did i hear wrongly?! MCC?! i guess its her. she so concern? maybe she is concern abt our class bt in the wrong wat for us i guess.
went for shoppin n munching therapy to relieve my anger. haha. tts bad, dun learn k. haha.
