dis-heartening

wats wrong with ppl nowadays?! complaints, complaints, and COMPLAINTS!!! like to make a big fuss over many things... havin complaints n feedbacks is good, it tells us wat are the things tt still need rm for improvements. but sometimes 'over doing it' will only demoralise and result in disheartening in ppl.
